Information and pricing on this website are provided as a general commercial offer and may be updated. A paid checkout confirms payment for the selected fixed-price item but does not override any separately agreed statement of work, quotation or contract.

Scope confirmation

Before delivery, NexCore Digital may confirm assumptions, schedule, location, participant count, technical prerequisites and any exclusions. If the requested environment materially exceeds the standard package assumptions, additional scope will be discussed before extra charges are incurred.

Pricing and taxes

Website prices are in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise and are shown before applicable taxes. Third-party licences, hardware variations, travel, cabling, custom development and additional onsite work may be quoted separately where applicable.

Scheduling and fulfilment

Training dates, consulting sessions, onsite work and implementation windows are subject to availability and are confirmed separately after payment or acceptance of a quotation.

Cancellations and refunds

If NexCore Digital cannot fulfil a paid fixed-price item, we will work with you to reschedule, provide an agreed alternative or issue an appropriate refund. Customer-requested cancellations and refunds depend on work already performed, commitments already incurred and any written quotation or scope terms agreed for the order.

Third-party services

Some solutions may depend on third-party platforms, licences, connectivity or hardware. Their availability and terms may affect delivery.

Trademarks

Third-party names and logos shown on the project page belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification of project experience and does not imply endorsement or sponsorship.
